THE POST SUCCESS PROJECT

You achieved the life you were supposed to want.

You worked hard. Built the business. Made the money. Changed your body. Got the car. Chased the women. Built the freedom.

And then, somewhere underneath it all, you started wondering:

“What if this isn't the answer?”

Maybe you don't need a better life. Maybe you need a different relationship with life.

Private one-to-one coaching · 12 modules · approximately six months
THE EMPTY PEAK

What happens when you finally get the thing?

For years, the next achievement gives you a hit of meaning. Then it becomes normal. So the mind quietly moves the finish line.

Maybe you've reached a point where the old strategy is becoming impossible to ignore.

You have achieved things you once desperately wanted. Yet you still find yourself restless, anxious, dissatisfied or strangely empty.

And because you know you should be happy, you may even feel guilty for not being happier.

So you do what you've always done.

You look for the next thing.

“There have been many times when I’ve found myself doing mental gymnastics — overthinking how to become successful, how to live a happier life, or how to become the person I want to be.”

— Ethan Taylor
THE NEXT NUMBERMaybe more money will finally create the freedom.
THE NEXT ACHIEVEMENTMaybe the next win will finally prove you're enough.
THE NEXT RELATIONSHIPMaybe being desired will finally make you feel loved and respected.
THE NEXT VERSION OF YOUMaybe if you become better, stronger, richer or more attractive, you'll finally be able to relax.

What if the problem isn't that you haven't got enough?

What if nothing essential is missing?

What I came to see was that underneath all the identities, striving and meanings was something I had spent years trying to get from the outside: love, peace and a sense of enoughness.

Maybe the work isn't to add more confidence, success, worth or love.

Maybe the work is to remove the blocks, stories, identities and meanings standing between you and the love that is already there.

THE MEANING WE ADD

There is nothing wrong with wanting things.

The interesting question is what you have made those things mean.

The car

Maybe it's a machine you love. Or maybe it has quietly become evidence that you're successful, powerful or desirable.

The money

Maybe you enjoy building wealth. Or maybe you're asking a number to finally tell you that you're safe.

The body

Maybe you love training. Or maybe attractiveness has become a referendum on your worth.

The relationship

Maybe you want to love someone. Or maybe you need another person to settle the question of whether you're enough.

The status

Maybe you enjoy recognition. Or maybe you're using other people's attention to construct your identity.

The next goal

Maybe you genuinely love the game. Or maybe you need the game to keep you from meeting yourself.

THE DISTINCTION

You don't become whole. You discover what made you believe you weren't.

The old way

“Once I get the money, I'll be free.”

“Once I'm attractive enough, I'll be desirable.”

“Once I'm successful enough, I'll be somebody.”

“Once I find the right person, I'll feel loved.”

The strategy is always the same: add something outside yourself until you finally feel complete.

The Other Way

Nothing essential needs adding.

The love is already there.

The work is removing the stories, meanings, identities and attachments that block you from experiencing it.

Then money can just be money. A car can just be a car. A relationship can be love rather than proof. Success can become something you play with rather than something you need to become.

WHAT THE WORK ACTUALLY DOES

We don't add another version of you.

We start taking away what has been covering up what was already there.

01

The stories

Who you think you have to be. What success is supposed to mean. What failure supposedly says about you.

02

The meanings

The meanings attached to money, status, attractiveness, relationships, possessions and achievement.

03

The identities

The characters you built to feel safe, worthy, respected, desirable or in control.

04

The conditions

The rules that say happiness can only arrive after something outside you changes.

05

The defences

The armour, proving, comparison and control used to protect the identity underneath.

06

The blockage

Until there is less standing between you and the love, peace and aliveness that were never actually missing.

The Script says: add enough and eventually you'll be enough.
The Other Way says: remove what tells you you're not.

“Wayne has a unique way to bring across what’s holding you back in a way that seems so simple and obvious. Yet we’re completely blind to it.”

— Paul Steebles
WHY I CREATED THIS

I spent most of my life trying to become someone.

My story isn't really about success. It's about what happens when you keep building identities to solve something underneath.

Every time one version of me stopped working, I built another.

The tough kid

Growing up, being tough, cheeky and anti-authority became part of who I thought I was. Then I developed a painful knee condition and stopped exercising. I kept eating like the active kid I had been and gained a lot of weight. One comment about my body suddenly made appearance mean something it hadn't meant before.

I became hyper-focused on my weight, stopped eating and eventually developed anorexia and body dysmorphia. By thirteen I had gone from roughly fourteen stone to six and a half stone. I was physically weak, but I still had the old identity to maintain.

The first ego death

When a younger boy at school mocked me, the identity said I had to fight him. Reality said I was underweight, exhausted and terrified. I chose the identity anyway. I lost badly.

The identity collapsed. I didn't yet understand that the identity wasn't me.

I became shy, anxious and deeply self-conscious. For years I carried a story that people were laughing at me.

The confident version

At eighteen I moved to Magaluf partly because nobody there knew the shy version of me. I took work that forced me to speak to people. Then drugs gave me a shortcut to the person I desperately wanted to be: confident, social, fearless and alive.

I became attached not only to drugs, but to the version of me that appeared when I took them. Work hard in the week, party hard at the weekend became the next character.

The successful version

When I eventually quit drugs, the deeper philosophy hadn't changed. I simply moved the search somewhere more socially acceptable: sales, property, money, cars, business, physique, women and self-development.

I worked relentlessly because I believed the answer was somewhere ahead of me. If I could just become successful enough, attractive enough, wealthy enough or confident enough, I would finally be okay.

The empty peak

Eventually I had many of the things I'd thought would solve it. A fast car. A good physique. Money coming in. Women. Business success. From the outside, it looked like the strategy was working.

But I was more miserable than ever.

That left me with a question I couldn't outrun: what do you do when you have done everything you thought would be the answer — and it isn't?

The other way

I stopped asking what else I needed to add and started questioning the philosophy itself. I stripped away the things I had been using to maintain the character and rebuilt from somewhere deeper.

I learned to see the stories, meanings, identities and conditions I had placed between myself and the love and peace I kept trying to obtain from outside.

Today I can still play with business, cars, fitness, ambition, relationships and different versions of myself. The difference is that none of them have to tell me who I am.

That is the freedom I want this work to offer: not a better identity, but freedom from needing one.

WHAT I BELIEVE NOW

The beliefs changed.

I used to believe money would make me free. Now I believe freedom comes from not needing external things to feel free.
I used to believe success meant more of everything. Now I believe success is living free from the meanings that keep us needing more.
I used to believe attractive women would make me feel loved and respected. Now I believe no person can give me something I am unwilling to give myself.
I used to believe I needed confidence. Now I believe needing confidence was the very thing keeping me insecure.
I used to believe the next thing would bring lasting happiness. Now I believe happiness comes from acceptance of what is.
I used to believe I needed the present moment to change before I could be happy. Now I believe I can accept what is — and then actually choose what I want to do next.

Accept what is. Choose what you want. Need neither to complete you.

THE PHILOSOPHY

The Other Way.

Remove first. Then choose.

The Script says: change your life and then you'll be happy.

The Other Way says: remove what tells you happiness isn't already available.

We remove the blocks, stories, meanings and identities that sit on top of the love already inside you.

Then you are free to choose from love rather than from lack.

And if you still want the car? Buy the fucking car.

If you still want to build the business? Build it. If you still want the beautiful relationship? Go for it.

Just don't ask any of it to make you whole.

THE METHOD

See. Question. Release. Choose. Play. Live.

This is the movement through the work.

01

See

Notice what has been choosing automatically.

02

Question

Separate reality from the meaning added to it.

03

Release

Let go of meanings and attachments that keep you trapped.

04

Choose

Create space between the trigger and the response.

05

Play

Do what you genuinely enjoy without needing it to define you.

06

Live

Build a life you consciously choose.

THE PROGRAMME

A 12-module journey from unconscious identity to conscious choice.

Your life is the laboratory. Each module gives you a lens and a practical experiment. You bring what actually happened back into the coaching conversation.

“Wayne doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. He helps you understand yourself, challenges your thinking when necessary, and gives you the tools to make better decisions.”

— Ethan Taylor

WHEN THE WORK STARTS WORKING

Your life may look similar. Your relationship with it doesn't.

This isn't a promise of permanent bliss. It is the kind of evidence we are looking for in ordinary life.

BEFORE

Achievement carries your worth.

A win proves something. A loss threatens something.

AFTER → You can want the win without needing it to tell you who you are.
BEFORE

You can't properly switch off.

Rest creates guilt, agitation or the feeling that you should be doing more.

AFTER → Rest no longer has to be earned through exhaustion.
BEFORE

Criticism feels personal.

You explain, defend, attack or replay the conversation for hours.

AFTER → You can hear feedback without your identity needing to go to war.
BEFORE

The future has to be controlled.

Your mind rehearses, predicts and solves problems that don't exist yet.

AFTER → You deal more with what is actually here.
BEFORE

Relationships carry too much weight.

Being wanted, chosen or admired becomes evidence of your value.

AFTER → You can love and desire without using another person as proof.
BEFORE

You optimise yourself endlessly.

More money. Better body. More confidence. More status. More.

AFTER → You can still grow — but growth stops being a rescue mission.
TRY THE WORK FOR 60 SECONDS

Pick one thing you really want.

Money. A particular car. A relationship. A body. A business goal. Recognition. Anything.

01

What do I want?

02

What do I believe getting it will make me feel?

03

What would it mean about me if I got it?

04

If nobody ever knew I had it, would I still want it?

05

If I already felt whole, loved and enough — what would I choose?

You don't need the “right” answer. Just notice whether your desire and the meaning attached to it are actually the same thing.

WHY I CREATED THIS

I spent most of my life trying to become someone.

I chased confidence, success, money, cars, physique, women and status because I thought the next version of me might finally be enough.

Some of it was great fun. None of it could do the job I had secretly given it.

The shift was not learning how to achieve more. It was seeing the stories, meanings and identities I had attached to achievement — and discovering that what I was trying to get from the outside was never actually missing.

Post Success is the work I wish I had when getting more stopped being a convincing answer.

CLIENT STORIES

People who have actually worked with me.

Different situations. The same recurring shift: seeing more clearly what is actually driving you, then being able to choose differently.

“There have been many times when I’ve found myself doing mental gymnastics — overthinking how to become successful, how to live a happier life, or how to become the person I want to be. After a conversation with Wayne, I always come away with a clearer perspective, feeling realigned and knowing what I need to focus on.”
Ethan Taylor Coached by Wayne for 2½ years
“Wayne created a relaxed, supportive and non-judgemental space where I felt comfortable being open and honest. He helped me to step back, look at things from a different perspective and turn that clarity into practical, achievable steps.”
Louise Partridge Individual & relationship coaching
“He has a unique way to bring across what’s holding you back in a way that seems so simple and obvious. Yet we’re completely blind to it — quite a skill. I highly recommend Wayne; he’s one of those rare finds in a coach & mentor. You’re in safe hands.”
Paul Steebles Personal & relationship coaching
“Wayne is one of the hardest-working, most disciplined people I know — and he brings that same dedication to helping others grow. What I value most is how safe he makes it to be honest: I can share my fears and my messiest parts and know he'll hold them with real wisdom and care. His feedback has pushed me to become my best self, always rooted in love rather than pressure. He has a genuine joy for this work, and it's contagious. Knowing Wayne has genuinely made my life better, so thank you, Wayne!”

IS THIS FOR YOU?

I'm looking for people who will actually do the journey.

Resonating with the philosophy is not enough. This work asks you to look honestly, test what you believe in real life and bring back what actually happened — especially when your ego would rather defend the old story.

You may be ready if…

  • You have achieved meaningful external success but remain internally dissatisfied.
  • You are tired of constantly needing the next goal to feel alive.
  • You can see that money, status, achievement, relationships or appearance have become tied to your identity.
  • You've tried conventional self-development and still feel something is missing.
  • You genuinely want to understand yourself rather than simply optimise yourself.

This won't work if…

  • You are looking for another strategy to become more impressive.
  • You want someone to promise you happiness.
  • You aren't willing to examine your own contribution to your suffering.
  • You won't complete the work between sessions.
  • You want someone else to choose your life for you.

“What I value most is how safe he makes it to be honest: I can share my fears and my messiest parts and know he'll hold them with real wisdom and care.”

WHAT THIS IS — AND ISN'T

Deep work needs clear boundaries.

This is coaching.

A structured process of reflection, experimentation, responsibility and conscious choice.

This is not therapy.

It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions, eating disorders, addiction or other clinical issues.

This is not a belief system.

You are invited to test ideas against your own experience. You do not have to adopt my metaphysics.

This is not anti-success.

You do not have to reject money, ambition, relationships, beauty or material life. The work is about attachment to meaning.

Still wondering whether this is spiritual, whether you need to give things up, or what actually happens on a call?
